Set up to provide solutions to our clients who may be individuals, SME owners or other business owners, we aim to provide an all rounded business consultancy approach. Using our affiliates who are in the areas of marketing and events, we aim to provide a one stop for our discerning clients.
Our clients may consist of SME owners or business owners who are keen in consulting us for their business perceptuality or operations programs. Through a panel of lawyers whom we work very closely with, we are also able to provide opinions on Business plannings, IPOs and M&As, as well as private equity
Life and death are inevitable. While we cannot control when we die, we can control how the assets that we have accumulated in our life is distributed in accordance to our wishes when we pass on.
Different classes of Assets that one may have accumulated during his lifetime may include (Cash/Investments/ Businesses) and investments may be further classified into categories such as Forex, Securities, REITs and etc) and proper distribution documents will ensure the accurate disposal/allocation of the assets to the deceased's wishes.
An accounting principle that most adhere to is known as the 'going-on' concern. Businesses are taught to exist perpetually despite the death of its CEO/Directors/Partners and etc. Candidates will learn about the uses of a business will to ensure proper allocation and distribution of the company's assets in the event of a partner's death.
Company's assets may include (Cash/Investments/Goodwill/Trademark) and etc. Candidates will learn from a lawyer who has amassed more than 20 years of experience in corporate litigation and investments for this internship
This internship is open to Accountancy/Business/Finance/Economics/Law students or anyone with an interest to learn about the business Wills and estate planning process
Internship start date: Flexible (5 intakes - November, December, Jan, Feb and March)
Catered for: Anyone with an interest in estate distribution, Part time undergrads welcome ; Part time internship available
