BN Advisory (Pte.) Ltd. – Legal Instruments and Estate / Business Planning Program

Students reading law or fresh ORD/A levels going to read law in local or overseas Universities welcome!

Interns will first go through a comprehensive training in areas of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, Advance Medical Directives, Private equity and estate distribution solutions. Some of these will be trained by legally trained professionals. Candidates are to understand how simple estate distribution documents are drafted and how estate distribution and planning forms part of the holistic picture of wealth management

Interns will then go through training in the areas of corporate advisory such as business succession planning, buy sell agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Private equity agreements and etc. and understand how businesses plan for perceptuality and the different agreements they go through from time to time 

The work of the interns will involve:

1) Providing research work/reports for the organization

2) Providing solutions on estate distribution and wealth management tools and solutions

3) Understanding how different financial products are used in the area of estate planning

4) Understanding the function and work of private equities 

5) Acquiring SME Owners and organizing talks for lawyers to the SME companies
