E-Commerce Sales Support (Lazada & Shopee Marketplaces)

We are a growing Web-based company in the retail section. Our main focus is on Lazada and Shopee, building up inventories and building relationships with customers. We are looking for a candidate to help with out with daily operations and product listings across various stores and answering customers' enquires as well. Basic data administration will also be part of the scope.

Responsibilities:

Managing multiple stores’ sales campaigns, promotion, banners, and pricing for Lazada/Shopee/Amazon/Qoo10

Create and update simple listing content, products, right-sizing of photo images, pricing to ensure the website is kept up to date.

Manage daily deliveries arrangement, stocks transfer and inventory replenishment processes
Executing customer order fulfilment, and returns of customer ordersCommunicate with followers, respond to customer enquiries promptly and monitor customer reviews
Expected to work closely with marketing and operations team to ensure digital strategies are effectively integrated
Involve in quarterly stock takeResolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplaces

*A mentor/manager will be working very closely with you to ensure all the above can be met.
* Other team members will provide the supporting information to ensure you can complete your tasks.

Job Requirements

Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel)
Ability to multi-task and well organized with good time management
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and excellent team player
Cross-functional capabilities – ability to hands-on with all teams
Experience in Ecommerce environment preferred


Be able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Analytical and able to problem solve
Attention to detail and understanding of beauty/fashion and e-commerce trends
Takes initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good command of English and Chinese, with written communication skills
