Job Description

We are currently looking for an intern to join us in our Singapore office and assist with work across our 400+ brand portfolio. An internship at Big Sync will provide hands-on learning opportunity and experience in a career in the music entertainment and advertising industry.

Job Description

• Assist the team to project manage the music needs of our clients’ campaigns across curation of library music tracks, composers for original composition and existing tracks by independent and signed major label artists

• Prepare quotations, music license agreements, master & publishing contracts, purchase orders and invoice requests in timely and accurate manner

• Support team administrative processes by using Microsoft Office 365 to organise and update key project information including campaign air dates, costs, and final films

• Source independent composers from Shanghai, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines and signing them up to the Big Sync network

• Assist with music research as well as the preparation of decks for new business ventures

Key Attributes

• Great knowledge of music across a wide variety of genres, new and old

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong research, documentation and presentation skills

• Effective time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines

• Independent, organised, self-motivated individual who can work together with a wider team to support the moving parts of different projects assigned by the company

• Flexible with working hours

• Curiosity and desire to learn about music in advertising, synchronisation, and real-world commercial music demands and costs

• Strong background in post-production for moving images and additional Asian languages would be an advantage but not essential

• Experience working with start-ups would also be an advantage

• Must be able to legally work in Singapore
