We are currently looking for an Business Administrative Intern to assist our Managing Director (MD). The specific job description are as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD such as preparing travel essentials, maintaining calendar, arranging meetings and minutes taking etc.
- Source for new marketing and business opportunities
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Manage databases and create new efficient procedures and administrative systems
- Assists the Managing Director in analyzing sales and preparing sales decks
- To manage and organise meetings and appointments
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or business related fields
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to maintain and secure highly confidential material
- Organised and meticulous with good time management skills
- Able to start immediately
