Job Description
We are currently looking for a Facilities Management Intern to assist our Facilities Management Executive (FME). The specific job description are as follows:
- Assisting the FME in overseeing the daily office operational matters
- Ensuring proper maintenance of the building facility and maintenance services
- Assisting the FME in handling security, cleaning, waste disposal, landscape maintenance and pest control vendors
- Rectify breakdowns and take preventive measures
- Assisting the FME in supervising term contractors
- Ensuring all feedback and complaints on the property are resolved in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management or related fields
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Good team player
