BGC Group is hiring 50 full-time data entry officers cum surveyors who are keen to make a difference to the local community through data gathering. We have 2 different roles available, one that is office based and the other - field/home based. Either role will require to effectively engage with Singaporean households over the line or in person on occassion. Ideally, you would be able to commit to the job for 3 months to a year.
Your Role: Public Office/Field Surveyor
- Conduct simple surveys with local households over the phone (outbound calls based on given official participating household list) - no cold calling
- Perform basic data entry such as keying in survey returns, amending data, etc
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans need apply
- No experience is required as training is provided, customer service experience will be favourable
- Has a friendly disposition and confident communication skills
- Comfortable with a 6 day work week and 2 shift timings, exceeding no more than 37 hours/week (for office surveyors)
- Commit a minimum of 3 months
Others
- Office based: 2 Shifts: Monday - Friday + 1 weekend (full-day)
- Field surveyors: Flexible working hours/ days, on your own time during weekends or weekday evenings
- Salary:
- $10 ~ 26 / hour / completed assignment. Ranges: $1,800 ~ $4,000 (for highly driven field interviewers)
- $1,800 /month for office based role
