Job Description

  • Assist to review, recommend and document current HR policies and procedures in line with Headquarter and in accordance with local labour legislation
  • Make recommendation on training needs and source for training providers
  • Assist to review existing staff benefits
  • Support in HR activities and projects
  • Prepare HR reports related to workpro programmes and initiatives
  • Assist in HR & Admin functions
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  • Good team player, highly motivated and committed
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
