We are a finance company handling brokerage, and providing consultancy services on commercial level (B2B) and consumer level (B2C).
With Sales on Financial Products and Services together with other related financial instruments such as unit trusts and sub-funds.
With larger volumes of client accounts and customer demands, we are seeking to expand the organization to better fulfill these areas.
Currently, we are hiring an intern for our sales force to cater to the influx of customer demands.
Working Hours
- 3-month internship position
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- May occasionally require to work on weekends on an Ad-Hoc basis with off in-lieu given
- Working hours from 9.30AM to 5PM (There will not be any overtime required)
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Client servicing and account management
- Responsible for the Recruitment and Selection cycles of candidates
- Assist to conduct interviews of candidates
- Social media awareness and usage of popular platforms (Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook)
- Fundamental HR processes
- Administrative duties
- Take meeting minutes
Minimum Requirements
- Local Diploma from Polytechnic (TP, RP, NYP, NP, SP) or Pursuing Degree and above
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube)
- 2-week training programme (Considered part of the internship) with assessment will be required as well
