To acquire knowledge beyond classroom walls and to be equipped with the knowledge of skincare & makeup.

The Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target objectives within assigned territories. Pursue sales leads, promote products, conduct product demonstrations and concluding orders. Maintain good relationships with existing customers while sourcing and developing new accounts
  • Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop Business Opportunities, pipelines that lead to sales closure and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Canvassing for new accounts
  • Attend to customers’ problems and needs
  • Propose solutions and conduct product demonstrations
  • Proper documentation and follow-up on aftersales services
  • Update activities in the CRM program
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders across division
  • Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time


You should have / be:

  • A BeFound ambassador with a passion for the brand and our products
  • Able to relate to our mission of empowering women through beauty, and have a strong personal sense of skincare & makeup.
  • A strong people-person! You are not afraid of approaching strangers and striking a genuine conversation, and guests aren't afraid to approach you either!
  • A performance-driven professional that drives sales through a customer-centric approach
  • An awesome team player with a touch of fun, encouragement, support and respect in your interactions with other staff members
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a level of tidiness and cleanliness on the floor
  • A dependable co-worker who can work independently and proactively

 

Full-time:

  • 5.5 days rostered work week
  • Min 6 months commitment
  • All staff must be open to work on weekends and on public holidays
