- Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries.
- To be able to mix and bake ingredients according to the recipes and to product the desired tarts and pastries.
- Shaping of pre-shaped dough, cutting and shaping them with consistency.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory and production levels.
- Adhere to the quality of food items according to the SFA guidelines in place.
- Cleaning of equipments and tools after usage.
- Ensure the hygiene standards and food safety policy is adhere at all time.
- Ensure the freezers, refrigerators or heating equipment is in functioning condition.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/Boss.
