Work within a small, motivated & fun team, and under the guidance of one of the best known bakers from New Zealand - Dean Brettschneider.
- Preparing & make all bakery items for outlet orders
- Follow recipe , weighing , mixing , shaping and baking
- Lead a team of bakers to prepare bakery items
- Meet the quality of requirements
- Ensure proper storage of all items in refrigerators and freezers
- Ensure product freshness and food safety
- Assist and support head baker
-Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar work experience may apply
- Great team player & good organizational skills
- Efficient and organized
- Product quality consistency
- Able to adapt to a fast pace environment
- Candidates without working experience but with relevant educational certificate will be considered (On-The-Job Training will be provided)
- Must have the passion for bakery products
