Job Description

Sales Executive (HR Software, No Cold Call, Leads Provided) #SGUP

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply engage with clients on their business requirements, uncover their needs and propose the relevant solution for the client
  • Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best solutions for their business
  • Lead the pitch and engagement with client using the pitch deck and ensure commercialization of the deal
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced

Candidate must possess/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business or related field
  • Having keen interest in SaaS product management
  • Balance of business and technical understanding of software, systems and Cloud products
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (customers, sales,
  • engineering, competitors, marketing and management)
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment
  • Resourceful, results-oriented in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and proven team player
  • Bias for execution and action
