HR Consultant (Urgent - Permanent)
Responsibilities:
- to establish and secure the connection with newly onboard clients
- to inculcate trust in clients through excellent customer service skills.
- to provide customer service and help desk support to our clients in Singapore and the region
- to control and maintain the quality of all payroll processing transactions
- responsible for government and childcare leave applications, NS claims and any other government-related claims
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Those who do not have previous experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Command of spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Responsible and customer-oriented
- Effective communicator and a great problem-solver
- Able to multi-task and work under pressures
