Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • As a Finance Accounts Receivable Executive, your main responsibility would be to liaise with clients and maintain accounts receivable records for the organization
  • Clarifying and responding to external parties on billing related issues
  • Generate Aging Report and Ratio related to Payment performance
  • Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger
  • Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos
  • Update Weekly Sales Reports
  • Provide payments information for other departments


Requirements:

  • Prior accounting work experience will be a plus
  • SAP Business One knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to start immediately
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong analytical skill and ability to communicate effectively
