You will work on ATL campaigns as well as BTL projects. You must be proficient in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. You must possess an active imaginative and you must be open to new ideas. You MUST have at least a diploma in visual communications, or any other recognised design certificate that proves you can do the job. Meaning you know the principles of design and advertising, and how to execute them in a campaign. And you must know how to put together a layout and be able to do some basic DI.
