Job Scope
To provide Application and hardware support for systems installed and run at the customersite.
To troubleshoot PCs installed with Windows 10 and above and the installed application,reimage the PC, handle receipt printer issue, configure barcode reader and RFID equipment.
To track application log, conduct UAT, functional test, etc.
To provide support to partners/vendors in system maintenance and troubleshooting ofproduction issues.
To perform Preventive maintenance every 4 months, work to commence as early as at 8:15am
To support over 20 sites, ie there will be 14 days that engineers need to start work at 8:15am during preventive maintenance period
Requirements
Diploma in IT/Computing or related certification
Customer’s located island wide and travelling to different location is necessary
Must be willing to work with the following arrangement :
Support timing
Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm(on site)
9am to 6pm (at Office)
Night time till 10pm HP support(shift roaster)
Weekend support
Engineers will take turn to hold the support hand phone on Sat and Sun: HP support (Once per month)
