The role of the HR & Admin Assistant is to oversee all of the administrative activities that facilitates a proficient, well organized office for the company. To be a highly agile, hands-on and proactive individual who fits into a medium size and fast-growing culture team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist our technical department with the setup of new hires.

  • Assist new hires with processes including expense reporting and travel systems and other internal processes and tools.

  • Assist in human resource system maintenance

  • Manage office budget, handle general administration of expenses and claims and support basic accounting needs.

  • Support the management of company and employee insurance policies, and other office documentation

  • Coordinator for Covid updates, BCP and FireDrill exercise and policy pertaining to BCP/Covid

  • Other office administrative matters when required

Requirements

  • Preferably having technical and/or engineering background

  • Positive and personable can-do attitude

  • Office management experience

  • Advanced Microsoft office skills

  • Ability to multi- task and deal with an ever changing and demanding workload

  • Confident to liaise with senior managers

  • Ability to establish, build and maintain good working relationships

  • Flexible approach to cover other tasks

  • Experience of dealing with personal and confidential data relating to employees

  • Problem solving skills

  • Time management skills

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Previous work experiences from Investment firms / Asset management / hotel or airlines are highly preferable.
