Aural-Aid is an acoustics company founded in 2013 and is currently headquartered in Singapore. We provide acoustical treatment and soundproofing supply and build services to schools, hospitals, and government institutions. Our manufacturing arm designs and makes acoustic panels for commercial and education sector, while our contract arm installs acoustic panels for auditoriums, cinemas, offices, and residences.
Objectives
Interns will be mentored by the director to undergo a management development programme. You will assume roles in a variety of functions to hone different skills, and be exposed to rare learning opportunities.
The Management Internship is a primer to the full-time position of a Management Associate in Aural-Aid. Interested interns who successfully fulfil the Management Internship in six (6) months will be directly offered the Management Associate position, or any other full-time positions of your interest.
Management Training
(1) Technical Training
- Interns will experience technical training in product design, manufacturing, architectural drawing, and contract supervision.
- With some knowledge in product technicalities, interns will assist with project management and sales to develop strong understanding of products and the industry.
(2) Leadership Training
- Having exposed to the running of different functions, you will be guided to take on umbrella roles to generate ideas and head initiatives.
Technical Skills
(Preferred) AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, SketchUp, V-Ray, Revit
