Restaurant Atout is the culmination of a 17-year journey for Patrick Heuberger, 44, the Geneva-born chef who came to Singapore in 2001 and is now firmly settled as one of the top Chef in the island.
Despite intense competition in the F&B industry, Chef Heuberger’s winning combination of home-made charcuterie, informal bistro fare and affordable wines has kept Atout busy through lunch and dinner since it opened on Mar 15, 2018
The big old house that Atout sits in offers tranquil, leafy green surroundings and is conducive for more than just rigid lunch or dinner. Hence the place is open all day to nibble the homemade charcuteries with a glass of wine, or just for regular meal times when more substantial dishes come out of the kitchen helmed by executive chef Nelson Chua.
We are looking for a F&B Service Intern with enthusiasm to join our team and help out with daily tasks, mainly providing efficient and excellent service to guests.
Duties and responsibilities
- Take and deliver guest orders
- Prepare and clear tables accordingly
- Gain knowledge of menu and products offered
- Performing opening/ closing duties if assigned
- Able to do shift work
