The Role

Atome is looking for an outgoing and dynamic brand ambassador with a go-getter attitude who can embody the feel of our partner's brand and target markets. You will be someone who guides the consumer experience not only as a communication channel but also as a development resource.

The ideal candidate can work on a part-time/full-time basis, thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, and is passionate about initiating conversations and connecting with customers to create the perfect shopping experience. You will be able to reach a group of consumers that we may not otherwise be able to reach as a corporation. It is your ability to relate and interact with customers face-to-face that will propel you to drive outcomes and own your performance.

Job description

As the Key Contact Salesperson, you will be:

  • Stationed in-store to help coordinate sales and train merchants;
  • Educate store staff by delivering a cohesive best practice guide to enhance the Atome experience;
  • Enable sales growth and promote the Atome brand by helping stores drive sales through Atome;
  • Gather feedback from stores and consumers which helps with our business development strategy;
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand the services currently provided to our merchants; and
  • Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions;

Requirements

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with your own style and flair – we’re looking for someone with the ability to build relationships with literally anyone!
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
  • Organized and strong sense of responsibility
  • Positive attitude, curious mentality, and eager to learn in a startup environment
  • Excel in working with multiple retailers concurrently to facilitate sales and comfortable with the constantly evolving sales processes
  • High energy, passionate and has a hustler mentality
  • Prior experience within a retail/customer service environment is a plus
  • Existing network in fashion, beauty, e-commerce accounts is a plus
  • Must be able to work at least 3 days per week (weekdays or weekend)
