1. Plan the customer journey and identify the gaps
2. Use web tools to engage customers in different action points
3. Categorise customers according to their actions and deploy strategy to engage them personally
4. Conduct demo to help onboard customers
5.Manage and attend to customer's inquiries
6. Compile feedback and report to product team
