Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shadow recruitment officer and agency development executive
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Support the creation and delivery of marketing and promotional activities to draw in target audience
- Assist in organizing events for employees
- Support recruitment activities
- Placement of job advertisements, contacting applicants through job sites
- Screen and evaluate resumes on hiring platforms
- Assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
- Assist with candidates’ recruitment procedures
Remuneration
- Coaching and training provided
- $800/month (internship)
- Full Time positions available
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint functions is advantageous
- Candidate with no work experience yet highly motivated is welcomed to apply
- Open to graduates of any discipline with minimum Local Diploma
- Singaporean/PR only
