Job Description
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain company social media presence.
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to increase online presence and improve sales & marketing efforts.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage and communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries promptly.
- Provide recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Image content creation including editing of images, flyers and posters etc.
- Oversee and manage all other digital marketing projects
