Job Description
- 5S Project Implementation within Packaging shop floor. This would include co facilitating training and support with the operations of 5S activities. (Will receive 5S, CILT and TPM Training)
- Deployment on changeover to identify operational waste in the process and to propose improvements.
- Deployment of Meantime Before Assist (MTBA) and suggests improvements on reducing the time spent on unwanted operation. (MTBA Training provided)
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team on Autonomous Preventive Maintenance (APM) system activities. (APM Training provided)
- Supporting production line in terms of 5S, Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) and overall project improvements
- Data collection and analysis for equipment downtime, MTBA and downtime deployment. Identify and suggest areas for improvement and to drive the projects.
