Job Description
The Responsibilities:
- System Data Entry & Documentation (Sales Orders/Invoices, Purchase Orders/Invoice, Journal Entries)
- Assist with Commission
- Assist with maintenance of Accounting Schedules
- Assist with preparation of Documentation requirements
- Perform sorting, filing and scanning of documents
- Assist Finance Manager with month end closing
- Assist in Accounts Receivables and Payable
- Processing of claims
- Other assigned administrative duties
The requirements:
- Preferably with prior experience in assisting with Book-Keeping.
- Minimally ‘O’ Levels with Principal of Accounts (POA) subject or appropriate accounting qualifications.
- Familiarity with MYOB will be a bonus
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word.
- Adaptive and fast learner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and able to work independently
Other details:
- 5 days work week (9pm to 6pm)
- Contract duration: 3 months (Mar 2020 to May 2020)
- Location: Walking distance from MacPherson MRT
