Arts of Maya was founded in 2011 with an aim to provide low cost websites to Singapore Based Companies. Since then we have also expanded to software development, seo, custom apps, website maintenance and all things IT related. We have done over 400 sites to date and have also secured contracts from large MNCs for web related projects. We also have hands on few other ventures that are outside IT, such as RFID security systems like CCTV, door access systems etc. We pride ourselves in being nimble to adapt to the ever-changing business environment and being able to tap on our IT skillsets and experience to further expand our business in new markets. 

Job Description

Admin cum Personal Assistant Position - Full time / Flexible Full Timers/ Part Time / Internship Available.

Job Scope:

  • Daily Administrative and Clerical Tasks
  • Simple Organising
  • Doing some background research work
  • Support Managers in various Backend Coordinating
  • Data Entry and Filing
  • Ad hoc Duties like Some client interaction, marketing campaigns, social marketing, data entry, project management, communication with vendors etc. You would be working directly under the manager and is expected to assist her in whatever she does.

Qualifications Required & Desired Qualities of the ideal candidate:

  • Min N' levels. ITE / Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
  • Must be very internet savvy as you will be doing a lot of research work using the internet.
  • Fast, determined, trustworthy, quick learner, good attitude are some of the important qualities
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all management and outside clients. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
  • Working independently and remotely in a fast paced but casual environment.

Job Location

  • Either at Yishun (Home Office of Manager) or Kallang Place (One of our office location)

Expected Pay

  • For Interns
  • This would be an excellent learning experience for you. We will also be flexible with your hours to cater to your study needs.  The expected pay per hour will be $6. Min 2 months.
  • For Part-Timers (From 12 to 16 hours)
  • $8 an hour.
  • For Flexible Full – Timers
  • 4 days a week from 9 to 6pm [weekdays only]
  • $1100 for the first 3 months. $1200 per month after probation period.
  • For Full Timers
  • 5 days a week from 9 to 6pm [Monday to Friday]
  • $1400 for the first 3 months. $1500 per month after probation period.

There will be a 3 month probation period. After 6 months into this position, your monthly pay will be increased by further 10%.

We strongly believe in Work / Life Balance and therefore will not expect you to bring work back home to do or do overtime after office hours. You can leave sharp once normal work hours are over. However, we expect full dedication, fast and hardwork during office hours. Performance will be appraised every 3 months. Satisfactory and good performance from staff will be rewarded with bonus after 1 year as well as pay raise.
