Overview
As an IoT Technician / Engineer Intern, you will work closely with technology, data analyst, and production team to support the testing and development of IoT devices, cloud desktops, and mobile apps for urban fish farming system. This role is suitable for students with an engineering background and who are keen to explore more about the aquaculture industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of connected Internet-of-Things (IoT)
- Assist in software programming for IoT devices and cloud services, e.g., PLC, ASIC, etc.
- Assist in developing remote cloud desktops and mobile apps
Profile Required
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in working in a new spinoff company
- Demonstrates initiative, and is comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Pursuing Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in electronic engineering or related disciplines.
- Good to have experience in integrating IoT devices in a secure Cloud environment, e.g., course work or practical experience in your course of study
- Strong competency in various programming languages, including Python, Java, Javascript, C, C++, etc.

- Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Dec 2022/Jan 2023 - June 2023 (min. 5 months)
