More than just a retail business, Hedonist specializes in organizing events that are fun, unique, and educational. These include hosting private parties for bachelorettes as well as conducting workshops in collaboration with various clubs, fitness and wellness studios. At Apogee Collective, we are a Singaporean Femtech start-up, curating our own sexual wellness brands, Genvie (previously known as Good Vibes) and Hedonist. We are on a mission to liberate true sexual satisfaction and enable a journey of happiness guided by a one’s true pleasure. This role reports directly to Jacqueline, the co-founder, and is required to work independently and as a team. Hybrid working (60/40 in-person & WFH) with flexible working hours.
Job Scope
Develop a monthly social media content calendar.
Oversee day to day management of all social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Devise content strategies that have positive synergy with wider brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events, and activations.
Develop and execute content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness (creative & copy) editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted).
Produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promotes audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives.
Actively manage, create and promote the company’s offerings to reach new consumers and engage the community for growth and retention.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, monitor social media’s performance and review reports of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.
Lead and create promotional email campaigns via Mailchimp.
Provide graphic design and illustration support as required for company websites, blogs, and marketing materials.

Open & inquisitive minded with a positive attitude and strong hunger to learn
Experience in social media management and creation with an eye for aesthetics & detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustration & Premiere Pro) and Video Editing Apps (i.e. TikTok, Prequel, inShot, etc.)
Excellence in English & creative writing for writing captions
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Responsible and takes initiative without compromising quality and accuracy
