Job Description

Our client is hiring Admin Support Assistants (x5). S$12 per hour. Minimum 3 months, subject to renewal upon performance.

Key Custodian:

  1. Receiving of keys from Branches
  2. Verifying the condition of flats via photos in depositary
  3. Updating on keys movement in excel
  4. Packing and issuing keys for routine and ad-hoc requests i.e. retrieval of keys, re-inspection, outline inspections for mosquito breeding, HFAD installations
  5. Providing updates on keys received and returned, % of defects etc

Direct Allocation:

  1. Check and confirm on availability and EIP quota of applicant’s preferred location
  2. Liaise with Branches for keys of vacant flats
  3. Liaise with applicant on shortlisted flat and arrange for appointment for key collection
  4. Seek approval via HMSD for direct allocation
  5. Send notification via email/SMS on appointment details
  6. Monitor cases that did not take up and follow up with reoffer or cancel case
  7. Any other allocation tasks as assigned (eg create assessment number for transfer registration)

Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm. Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
