JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administrative duties
- Devising and maintaining the office system including data management
- Prepare, manage and follow up on documentation
- Filing, Mailing of cards
- Assist the director and managers
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Singaporean/PR
- At least 21 years old or above
- Minimum A levels or local diploma in any field
- A meticulous individual with interpersonal skills
- No experience needed as training will be provided
