Ampol Singapore is a 100% owned subsidiary of Ampol Limited. It is the headquarters of our Trading & Shipping operations that is responsible for the strategic sourcing of crude oil, feedstocks, refined products and management of the associated supply chains.

- Seaoil, a leading independent fuels importer, distributor and retailer in the Philippines (20% ownership)
The Analysis Intern will have the opportunity to gain and apply knowledge of fundamental analysis in oil trading, in supporting the Analysis team in the development of market analytics for Trading and Shipping. The Analysis Intern will assist the Commercial Analysts with research work, production of regular reports, data collection, data cleaning and improvement of supply and demand fundamentals data used.
- Conduct research on background information of refineries globally in order to build a database of global refining capacities. Update and maintain data on refinery outages.
- Automation and improvement in processes and models, utilising data visualisation tools and programming.
- Produce regular reports on country statistics, ship tracking, price charts and support the production of the weekly market report.
- Collaborate with analysts and traders in any relevant analysis involving any form of market intelligence and data.
- Support the management of data subscriptions
