Job Description

We are grooming our next generation of business leaders, and we're looking for the right individuals to join our team. We currently have an open position in our sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you play a critical role in the manufacturing process. You will work together with other Sales team members to manage and coordinate our customer orders, from the quotation stage until the delivery. You will get the opportunity to interact with many of the big names in the industry, and develop your own network of customers, suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Update, compile, control, and monitor product Bill of Material (BOM), drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare proposal and tender documents during quotation stage
  • Trigger production Job Launch when Purchase Orders received
  • Monitor consigned items and purchasing of raw materials
  • Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with other departments to compile and submit documentations as required (e.g. pre-production/final product documentations, concessions/non-conformances)
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage production issues
  • Serve as Project Lead for various projects/tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Analytical, resourceful, and possess problem-solving capabilities
  • Willing to undertake ad-hoc project assignments and be able to multi-task
  • Proficient with MS Office tools
  • Knowledge/interest in oilfield components and equipment will be an added advantage
