Responsible for the timely arrival of all incoming / outgoing shipments and consolidation delivery in a timely manner. Send weekly reports to customers ensuring they are well informed and supporting sales events from time to time 

Follow up PR / Processing PO

• Monitoring and Accepting of PRs 
• Following up with suppliers for overdues (PO Aging)
• Calculating profit margins 
• Raise PO in Quickbook 
• Update record in google-drive 

Pack Orders & Delivery 

• Unpack order from incoming 
• Re-pack orders and prepare for delivery 
• Prepare documentation for delivery 
• Assist in loading & unloading 
• Secure Booking Slot 
• Delivery of materials including books to specific location (as and when needed)

Maintain Inventory 

• Arrange boxes making sure they’re stored in a way that they won’t damaged
• Making sure to track all orders, packing and shipping in order to ensure inventory is accurately recorded 
• Responsible to ensure maintaining general tidiness/ cleanliness in the warehouse 

Maintain Warehouse Safety Environment 

• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse on a daily basis esp ensure there are no debris etc
• Ensure safety esp in placing items in its correct position such as machinery, boxes etc
