Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Support in P-files transfers (new p-file room set up), checking list of documents for p files and reorganization of p-file inventory
  • Involve in data quality management and analysis projects
  • Support in HR services operations on new calendar year transitions (Leave management, benefit plan administration and Roadshows)
  • Drive ideas for Improvement on current processes, forms/templates, documentation controls in HR Sharedpoint

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Undergraduate Degree in HR / Business Administration/Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Independent, Meticulous, self-driven and can think out of box.
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
  • Able to start in a short notice

Additional details

  • Able to commit at least 2 months
  • 5 days work week (Mon-Thurs: 8.30am-6.00 pm, Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Work location: Connection One, Bukit Merah

Outcome

  • Intern would be able to have better understanding and opportunities to have hands on experience on the end to end process of handling employee life cycle within the company
  • Intern would also be able to have opportunity to improve current processes and bring additional value to the HR Services team
