Job Description
- Execute strategic plans to drive brand growth, awareness and sales through PR, Advertising and Promotion, Digital, Influence, Events, and Retail.
- Assist in the creation of local marketing content across the above platforms.
- Localise global campaigns accurately according to global brand guidelines across all above and below-the-line media channels.
- Pursue new breakthrough ideas in both creative expression and media mix.
- Assist in execution of the “go-to-market” activations, launches and plans.
- Work with internal teams and external creative, PR and digital agencies to increase brand salience and sales.
- Create always-on content for EDMs to retain loyal customers.
- Propose and manage KOLs for product seeding and campaign activations.
- Partner with malls to highlight Converse’s promotion mechanics and calendar.
- Conceptualize and manage social media strategy and execution.
- Manage media/PR relations with media owners and content publishers for regular product launches.
- Prepare and analyse post-campaign reports for key stakeholders – global, regional and internal teams.
- Assist in co-branding marketing collaborations with wholesalers, retailers and affiliate partners.
- Work with website vendor to build and manage website content, page layouts, content hierarchy, product listings and UI/UX.
- Support in ad hoc projects and duties from time to time.
