We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Business Development Manager (Strategy) for our Singapore team. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Singapore and will report to our Managing Director.
• Own and manage the overall strategy for joint business plans with key enterprise partners.
• Perform business modeling to optimize key account performance management.
• Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends.
• Perform business analysis and reporting to management for decision-making purposes.
• Create strategies on achieving key account growth from creative marketing efforts as part of the partnership plans, working with cross-functional internal teams to drive progress.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights for unlocking new partnerships with enterprise
• Achieve KPIs set out for the team which will include, but not limited to, growing revenue streams and improving profitability efforts.
• Work with internal support functions to ensure a high level of key account management excellence in line with company goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of our business model and the wedding and events market
