Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Manager with sending messages, emails, forms.
  2. Manage daily needs, issues or emergencies
  3. Respond to client expectations, requests and questions
  4. Manage studio calendar and scheduled events
  5. Respond to incoming client emails, and phone calls within 24 hours
  6. Streamline processes and determine best practices
