AladdinCommerce – eCommerce Operation Intern

• Drive business growth and financial returns of shops assigned
• Manage partners product creation, orders, promotions, advertisement
• Manage and maintain content such as in-shop banner, product cover photo, title and description optimization on assigned online stores
• Leverage marketing resources. Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns or promotions
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports through collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends for internal weekly sales and marketing meeting

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Keen interest in e-Commerce, attention to detail and interests in numbers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity in graphic editing tools
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A dynamic, results driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
• Mandarin is a plus
