We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.

Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer.

Job Description
  • Support Machining Operation MO (Internal Fabrication Part and Subcon treatment parts) creation for ERP system.
  • Support Machining Operation new items Routing and upload to ERP system
  • Support Machining Operation MO closure and Transfer Order for ERP system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents for MRP, provide Subcon treatment items tracking for purchase orders, work order requests, and conduct items tracking for Subcon treatment.
  • Support email communications between internal function teams and Subcon treatment house.
  • Responsible for documentation capture, filing, and archiving
  • Engage in Administrative group updates
  • Create purchase requisitions, including doc routing as required. Works closely with Purchasing to understand and follow guidelines and policies
  • Track purchase orders and expedite as needed. Issue change orders as needed
  • Learn purchasing, inventory, and work order modules and create Ad Hoc reports to improve workflow processes.
  • Assist Machiningh Executive and Manager with cost tracking, developing reports, information gathering, and documentation creation
  • Support any adhoc issue.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years related manufacturing environment experience;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
  • Self-motivated team player who is result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Great interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
  • Independent, able to multi-task & work under pressure
  • Knowledge on ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) will be an advantage
  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
