Founded in Singapore in 2004, Akribis Systems is a motion control company that provides high precision direct drive motors. We construct products for a range of industries including renewable energy, semiconductor, communication, biomedical, robotics or any industry that requires precise motion.
We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.
More than simply a manufacturer, we are also innovators. Our deep knowledge of engineering and dedication to the work has resulted in 44 patents, and our research and development into the field of magnetics will only continue to grow our business. Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer.

- Operates CNC milling machines to fabricate precision part according to drawing.
- To interpret mechanical drawing and fabricate according to its requirements.
- To create CNC program according to drawing requirement and to always upgrade programming skills.
- To check and inspect fabricated part using measuring tools.
- Plan and analyse to complete fabrication work according to production schedule.
- Seek guidance from supervisor on the best processing methods.
- Work closely with QC inspector to resolve quality issue.
- Cleaning up of machine and work areas daily.
- Perform daily machine maintenance and weekly preventive maintenance.
- To upkeep the overall department cleanliness and comfortable environment.
- Strictly follows safety regulations.
- Aware of company ISO requirement and cooperate accordingly
Qualifications
- Candidate must at least possess Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Machining or Technical School in machining.
- Experience in precision fabrication work on CNC turning with programming.
- Knowledge in CNC programming in Mastercam X5 or X9.
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.
- Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication
- Preferably with both skills of CNC with manual.
- Able to work overtime when required to support production demand.
- Able to work on night shift when required.
