Responsibilities:
To handle telephone calls
To collect mails from the mail room & distribute to different employees
To digitalized hardcopy submission to softcopy in computer
To submit documents to different insurance departments
To take meeting minutes
To assist the Managers in Ad Hoc Administrative Work
To liase with clients on business related matters
To liase with insurers on paperwork

Proactive dynamic self starter with ability to use initiative.
Excellent communications skills.
Good judgment and handle information in a professional manner.
