Job Description
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Skills & Experience :
- Min 1 year experience of Facade works experience in Singapore.
- Good understanding of Engineering Chinese terminology and project cycle
- Prepare project schedules
- Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling and cost saving measures and identify potential construction problems
- Review, update, coordinate and supervise all architectural works.
- Coordinate, organize and prepare construction & architectural documents and drawings
- Submit and update status of drawings & materials as well as supervise work progress
- Take charge of labour, material and equipment expenses
- Ensure as-built drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close outs to consultant/owner accordingly
- Monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists
- Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with sub-contractors & clients on matters of building construction to ensure the architectural workmanship are according to standard
