We provide LAEs and technicians who are properly certified and/or experienced and have fulfilled all the certification programs stipulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the relevant Country.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain and repair plant machinery and facilities equipment
- Able to isolate faults, troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems
- Perform corrective/ preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production machinery
- Liaise with vendors/contractors for machine spares and maintain adequate critical spare parts
- Respond to call back for machine recovery at all time if needed
- Identify, involve and improve equipment performance
- Make modification and improvement on machines performance
- Able to interpret technical drawings
- Update daily work report in CMMS system
- Support and participate in Employee Health & Safety, Quality & ACE activities
- Support and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Carry out any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years of working experience, preferably in equipment maintenance
- Knowledge and experience in TPM, PLC and automation with an Electrical license will be advantageous
- A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy
- Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts
- Candidates with no prior experience will be considered as well
