Job Description

  • Update and launch product selling price lists in the CRM system upon approval by Sales President
  • Raise sales orders and collate all supporting customer orders & sales processing documentation for Operations Manager’s review and approval
  • Update Project Team on product availability for installation
  • Raise delivery order and update Logistics staff on delivery of product
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship
  • Analyze and review services and/or product performance
  • Participate in new product or services introductions when required
  • Prepare and process contracts for salesperson when necessary
  • Raise and mail out invoices for customer
  • Prepare monthly report to track on IT expiring contracts
  • Assist in license provisioning when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot Table and V-Lookup)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks
  • Able to multitask
