We are looking for a business development and marketing associate/trainee to support our business growth efforts in engaging B2B clients. He/she must have high-level communication skills, passionate and self-driven to exceed targets.
Job duties include:
Assist in developing marketing strategies and plans for commercial business
Executing on marketing campaigns to generate leads
Engaging and increasing B2B client base
Build up professional knowledge of enterprise sales processes and tactics
Cross-functional coordination across product teams, engineering to ensure clients needs are met with product and service
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Requirements
Only polytechnic /university graduates that are able to commit to a full-time role may apply
No prior experience is needed in sales, business development or marketing
No degree in particular, but the candidate should have passion and flair for engaging, building rapport and influencing stakeholders
