As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team. This will be a position based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Manage website content creation and updates
- Ensure content and images on our websites are updated and maintained
- Create visuals for in-house marketing collaterals – digital and print
- Ensure color correction, scanning, printing in-house, file conversion and proofing with printing vendors
- Coordinate with printing vendors for submission, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery/installation
- Develop and execute imageries/videos and postings across all various social media pages and website
- Create videos for social media pages, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
- Develop creative social media campaigns for impactful brand awareness
- Support in promotional and marketing efforts through the creation of all marketing materials, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and guidelines are adhered to
- Coordinate and manage photography/videography
- Ensure image storage and distribution systems are maintained
- Ensure all creatives are reviewed and approved by the Managing Director
Clinic Infrastructure
- Ensure collaterals in clinic is sufficient and functional, including managing maintenance and replenishing if any
This role will report to the Marketing Manager, work with team members and all relevant stakeholders on the above matters, and any other duties as may be assigned. The successful candidate will be involved in a full spectrum of marketing activities, which include online and offline advertising, branding, customer relationship management, partnerships and event management.
Working schedule
- 5 days’ work week, 9am – 6.30pm
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or any relevant studies
- At least 2 years of relevant graphic designing/videography experience
- Prior experience in Advertising Company will be a bonus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Highly motivated, structured, and methodical with high degree of initiative
- Interest in service operations management, customer service or equivalent
- Good organizational and analytical skills – prioritization of tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to work with IT software and computers – clinic management and administrative software is heavily used in the clinics
- Ability and flexibility to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
