General Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support day to day HR duties.
• Management and co-ordination of new employee onboarding process
• (Opening of P-files for new join (both hard and soft copies,
• arrangement of safety trainings, day 1 induction, seating arrangement,
• uniform issuance, etc.).
• Management of application/renewal/cancellation of work passes for
• foreign workers and any related issues with MOM.
• Assist in the complication of statistic and data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assist in implementation of HR transformation project.
• Perform any other adhoc HR projects / administrative duties as
• assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge in Employment ACT.
• Ability to handle onboarding and training arrangement.
• Understand about the different Work Passes and requirements, application and renewals.
• Gain knowledge in HR transformation change
• Generate report, analyse and understanding data and trends.
