About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Project Specialist to join our team. Reporting to your Account Manager, this role is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves the thrill of executing fast paced projects.

The key objectives of this role will will include and is not limited to:

1. Supporting HR operations on the ground

2. Managing your own day schedule to ensure that you will be able to complete the designated task 

Job Description

Client Management

  • Full spectrum of Account Management Human Resource Solutions (e.g. Employment Act Regulations, Market Situation, Salary Benchmark etc) to Client
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction (e.g. Onsite audits, mystery shopping programme)

Operations Management

  • Monitor and ensure delivery of services to scope
  • Manage out-of-scope requests and situations
  • Rostering & buffer management based on part-timers’ availability
  • On-site presence (scheduled / unscheduled) as and when appropriate
  • Facilitate instant and accurate exchange and transfer of information with clients and associates
  • Identify improvement and enhancement of work processes, policies and plan
  • Create and maintain systematic documentation and records in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements

Requirements

  • Min Degree/Diploma in any field of studies
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and strong organizational skills
  • Well versed in excel
  • Good attitude and willing to learn
  • Good to have 1-2 years of work experience
