Job Description
- Converse with confidence when customers who enter the shop.
- Assist to provide accurate information and feedback to customers
- Responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
- Process customer’s feedback and complaints with a form
- Ensure payment is not from fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Be involved in stock control and management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have some retail experience
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
- Must have a ITE/Diploma in retail management
- IT usage of Ms Office such as Excel/Word, Outlook, etc.
